What is flashing when it comes screen printing?
When screen printing on darker colored t-shirts, there is an issue with lighter colors being as bright and vibrant as they should be.one of the best ways to ensure a vibrant print is to print the color twice on the t-shirt. This is known as “flashing”.
As you can imagine, flashing can increase the amount of time, labor, and materials for a print job. That is why flashing can be an additional cost for a print project. But just a word to the wise... it is a cost well worth paying.
We do not print dark t-shirts without flashing.
