What is a minimum quantity?
A minimum quantity is the smallest possible number of items that can be ordered for a particular print method. The three print methods we offer are screen printing, embroidery and digital printing.
All custom items are now at an all time low time minimum, when ordering custom screen printed products the minimum quantity that must be ordered is six, but with digital printing there are no minimums so it is possible to order just one. And with all custom embroidered products the minimum is six pieces.
We hope that with these low minimum it makes high quality, custom printed shirts and other apparel an attainable goal for almost any group of people. A few things to keep in mind though is that it is a minimum of six pieces per design, not per order. Thus doing two designs of three pieces each would not meet the six piece minimum.
It is also important to note though that the six piece minimum for screen printing and embroidery applies to each separately. That means that it has to be at least six screen printed items and/or at least six embroidered items. Doing three screen printed shirts and three embroidered hats would not meet the six piece minimum.
However, the good news is that you are welcome to order a variety of different products to reach your six piece minimum per design. That means that orders a few short sleeve shirts, a couple of long sleeve shirts, and a sweatshirt or hoodie would be just fine as long as it totaled at least six pieces. By the same token it is fine to order a variety of different shirt colors to reach the six piece minimum and of course customers are also welcome to order whatever size breakdown they need to get. You do not need to order six pieces per side. The design itself does need to be printed the same size across all items and sizes though.
