What happens if I make a mistake on an order and don’t realize it until I receive the finished products?

Unfortunately this mistake has happened before with misspelled words, the wrong personalized number for a size or missing some artwork from a previous design other than the final one. This is a situation that we feel very sincere about and want to help out as much as possible. Since the error was not ours and we are only able to print and ship what was ordered, we will not be able to provide a refund or do the job over at no cost. Screen printing and embroidery is made to be permanent when put on the products and can’t be taken off once the products are finished.

However, not all is lost. We will give you a discount on a reorder and rush the next shipment (potential expedited shipping costs may be unavoidable depending on the scenario) faster than the normal turnaround. This discount is given to show how much care and understand that accidents happen. The pricing on the replacement items is less than our cost giving you wholesale pricing to recover from the error.

We don’t like it when this happens just as much as the customer receiving the errant goods because nobody whens. Every order proofs their artwork and approves it before the order is printed. If the order is placed online, you cannot get to the checkout screen without seeing the final design and approving it to get to the checkout screen. We have created these confirmation stages to ensure the highest possible quality control on our end as well as giving the customer every opportunity to check and recheck their work before ordering.
